1. Introduction

Welcome to Gleam Sparkle! We are committed to providing high-quality residential cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Process: You can book our services through our website, phone, or email. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or text.

  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the service price.

  • Recurring Services: For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, clients will be billed based on the agreed-upon schedule. Cancellations for recurring services must also follow the 24-hour notice rule.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.

  • Late Payments: If payment is not received within 24 hours of the service date, a late fee of 1.5% may be applied.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, we will gladly re-clean any areas of concern within 24 hours of your initial appointment.

4. Service Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will send a cleaner back to address the issue at no additional cost.

  • Scope of Work: We perform the tasks specified during the booking. If additional tasks are requested on the day of service, they may incur extra charges.

  • Health and Safety: We use environmentally friendly cleaning products, and our staff is trained in safe cleaning techniques. However, we are not responsible for any allergies or sensitivities caused by our products unless we are informed beforehand.

5. Access to Property

  • Access: You are responsible for providing access to your property. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to a locked door or other issues, the full service fee will be charged.

  • Security: Our cleaning staff is bonded and insured. We take great care to protect your property and belongings during service. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues that were not reported prior to the cleaning.

  • Keys and Alarm Systems: If you provide us with keys, they will be stored securely. Please provide instructions for disarming alarm systems, if applicable.

6. Liability and Damages

  • Accidental Damages: While we take utmost care during cleaning, accidents can happen. Any damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for damages that are not reported promptly.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for existing damage to items, surfaces, or property during cleaning. Clients are encouraged to notify us of any fragile or valuable items in advance.

  • Hazardous Conditions: If we encounter hazardous materials (e.g., mold, blood, animal waste), we reserve the right to refuse service. Additional fees may apply for specialized cleaning needs.

7. Pets

  • Pet Safety: Please secure your pets during our service. We are not responsible for pets that escape while we are entering or leaving the property.

  • Pet Waste: Cleaning up pet waste or litter boxes is not included in our standard services unless specifically requested in advance, and extra charges may apply.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number only for the purpose of scheduling and providing cleaning services. This information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information after the transaction is complete.

  • Marketing: From time to time, we may send promotional emails to clients. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.

9. COVID-19 Policy

  • Health and Safety Measures: Our team follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks, gloves, and sanitizing equipment between services.

  • Client Responsibilities: If anyone in the household is feeling unwell or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please notify us immediately to reschedule the appointment.

10. Termination of Service

  • Client Termination: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. If terminating a recurring service, a 7-day notice is required.

  • Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for any reason, including non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior toward staff.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
